Community Projects
Each employee receives over 60 hours of training annually. Shu provides operational training, covering specific equipment operation, process procedures, hazardous material handling, and emergency drills. Additionally, courses on personal health, finance, and basic English, math, and computer skills are offered.
This is in addition to off-site training, with over 50% of the staff participating in professional training, seminars, or pursuing advanced degrees off-site. Our local community activities focus on supporting local groups and schools with funding or computer equipment.
We value family and host annual family days, allowing employees to bring their immediate family to work to gain a better understanding of their contributions and efforts.
